How it works

A calmer path from records to renewal.

A precise workflow keeps evidence, extraction, requirement mapping, and board acceptance from being confused with one another.

  1. Step 01

    Set up your professional record

Add each profession, license, jurisdiction, and renewal date without forcing details you do not know yet.

  2. Step 02

    Bring your CE together

Record activities manually or use supported file and guided import workflows, with review before confirmation.

  3. Step 03

    Act before renewal

See what is recorded, what still needs evidence, and which dates need your attention—without overstating compliance.

License tracking

See the next renewal, not another decorative chart.

Each license keeps its own jurisdiction, cycle, requirement source status, and next action. Unknown or unverified requirements never produce a definitive compliance percentage.

Certificate organization

Evidence with context—not another file dump.

Connect evidence to activities while retaining the original file, processing state, and source. A document is never treated as verified merely because it was uploaded.

Private by default

Files use private storage and authorized, short-lived access.

Processing is visible

Uploaded, scanning, review, confirmed, and error states remain distinct.

One foundation

Personal ownership. Responsible team visibility.

For teams

See only credential information professionals explicitly authorize, with seats and access tracked separately.

Security starts with clear boundaries.

No patient records. No implied board approval. Private evidence, explicit employer consent, and server-side authorization shape the product.

Questions, answered

Clear language before you trust the product.

Does Credential Loom decide whether a course satisfies my license requirements?

No. Credential Loom is designed to organize evidence and compare activities with versioned requirement information. Final acceptance remains with the applicable licensing authority.

Who owns a professional's education history?

The professional owns their personal portfolio. An organization receives only the access the professional explicitly grants, and leaving an employer does not delete personal history.

Can one activity count toward more than one license?

The product architecture stores an activity once and can evaluate it against multiple license requirement sets. A qualification result is not the same as board acceptance.

Are provider integrations available today?

No automatic provider integrations are operational. Manual and guided document workflows are implemented locally, but real-customer uploads remain launch gated until malware scanning is tested. Each future provider connection requires authorization and a supported API before activation.
